Each pillar contributes uniquely to building a strong foundation for professional growth and community impact.

This includes promoting the value and importance of the volunteer engagement profession at both local and national levels. By championing these leaders and their contributions, NAVPLG raises awareness about their essential role in building community resilience and fostering public trust. Advocacy efforts help ensure that volunteer engagement professionals receive the resources, policy support, and acknowledgment they need to sustain and expand impactful programs.
