NAVPLG Software Survey Results

In April, NAVPLG surveyed our members to find out more about what software they are using, what features they like and wish they had. Here are the results:

20 members completed the survey
Of those, seven are using Microsoft Access, six are using Volgistics and two are using Volunteer2. We received one response each for CERVIS Tech, Truist/Volunteer Solutions, Altru, VolunteerWorks, and Vol Soft.
None of the respondents are connecting their volunteer software with their organization’s Human Resources Department.
One of the clear differences between using Access and Volgistics and similar programs is the ability for volunteers to log their own hours and self-schedule. Volgistics can also be accessed by staff throughout the organization and at events for volunteer tracking.
