If you are able to attend the NCVS, please register to join us on Wednesday, June 19 for our “Session for Volunteer Managers in Local Government”, session 3977 when you register. The meeting is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to noon in room 147B at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

During this session, NAVPLG will conduct our annual business meeting that includes the election of officers for the coming year, recognition of our current leadership and presentation of our 2013 awards. The highlight for many will be a networking session describing best practices and programs from some of our experienced NAVPLG members and interaction with the audience. It will be a treat to hear from seasoned volunteer managers who can share their lessons learned.

The NAVPLG board is organizing a night out for dinner as a group that will likely be held Wednesday, June 19 after the opening session. Pre-registration may be required so please check your email box.
